What this agent does
This agent runs the operational lifecycle of each facility day to day: fixing SOFR rate resets, executing drawdown requests, rolling interest periods over, posting scheduled amortization repayments, and applying amendment effective dates. It watches due dates and escalates anything overdue or due imminently, and marks events processed once confirmed.
