The Notices Queue lists three agent notices with recipient count, time sent, and how many recipients have responded. The stat cards summarize lender positions (6), confirmed positions, pending positions, and active deals (3).

What this agent does

This agent maintains the syndicate register of record — each lender's hold and role on every deal — and manages agent-bank notice distribution: drawdown notices, amendment and waiver consent requests, and interest payment notices. It tracks response rates as the syndicate replies and confirms lender allocations once acknowledged, flagging notices with lagging responses for follow-up.
